Inspired by the culinary scene of the Pacific Northwest, Glaze is a national restaurant group that offers an elevated take on the efficient Japanese-influenced fare, with a focus on Seattle-style teriyaki.

Founded in New York City in 2010 by Seattle native, Paul Krug, Glaze serves house-made, small batch teriyaki sauces, salad dressings, and marinades, big portions of grilled-to-order proteins, and inspired sides made with fresh ingredients, all at reasonable prices in beautiful spaces.

Glaze operates eight locations across New York City (Williamsburg , Midtown East, Midtown West, and Union Square), Chicago (Lakeview), San Francisco (Lower Pacific Heights and Marina), and Madison, Wisconsin (right on the University of Wisconsin's Campus)
