Founded in New York City in 2010 by Seattle native, Paul Krug, Glaze serves house-made, small batch teriyaki sauces, salad dressings, and marinades, big portions of grilled-to-order proteins, and inspired sides made with fresh ingredients, all at reasonable prices in beautiful spaces.
