For health reasons or dietary commitment, we use Kikkoman's gluten-free soy sauce as a replacement for regular soy sauce in our recipes.
Whole wheat, flour, soy sauce or any other gluten-containing ingredient are not in our gluten-free recipes. Proteins, sauces, marinades and salad dressings are produced in the same area where products containing various gluten products are created. Though best practices are used in the manufacturing of all recipe creations, inadvertent cross-contamination may occur.
